Scrum master / Business analyst

Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master with 4–6 years of professional experience to support Agile teams in delivering high-quality products and solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Scrum principles, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure smooth sprint execution and timely delivery.
• Communicate project status, risks, and key updates to stakeholders and management.
• Track sprint progress and help the team achieve sprint goals and commitments.
• Identify and help remove impediments and blockers impacting team productivity.
• Coordinate and manage dependencies with other teams when required.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and sprint planning activities.
• Maintain Agile metrics, dashboards, and project documentation using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Promote collaboration, transparency, and Agile best practices within the team.
• Drive continuous improvement by tracking and following up on retrospective action items.

Location: Hyderabad

Work Arrangement: Candidate is expected to work from the office initially (first few months). Based on business needs and performance, the role may subsequently move to a hybrid working arrangement.

Immediate Joiners Preferred: This position requires an immediate start. Therefore, we are primarily considering candidates who are currently available to join. Candidates serving a notice period or with a future joining date are requested not to apply.

Compensation: The annual compensation for this role is budgeted at up to ₹8 Lakhs per annum (CTC), based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and overall fit for the position.
