We are looking for OneStream Technical Reporting Resource specializes in designing, building, and supporting financial reports, Cube Views, dashboards, and reporting workflows within OneStream XF. The role works closely with Finance and Controllership teams to deliver accurate, performant, and close‑ready reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Visualization
Design and build Cube Views (Standard, Dynamic, Quick Views)
Develop Management and Financial reports aligned to close requirements
Build and maintain OneStream Dashboards (XF Dashboard components)
Optimize report performance for large dimensions and hierarchies
Financial Close & Analysis Support
Support month end, quarter end, and year end close reporting
Validate reported numbers against source and consolidation outputs
Assist Finance users with report navigation, troubleshooting, and ad hoc views
Support variance analysis, trend views, and management packs
Metadata & Dimensional Support (Reporting Focused)
Maintain reporting hierarchies for:
Account
Entity
Scenario
Time
Ensure reporting consistency across scenarios (Actual, Budget, Forecast)
Partner with admins on dimension changes impacting reports
Security & Governance
Implement report level security and POV controls
Enforce OneStream reporting standards and naming conventions
Maintain documentation for report definitions and logic
Testing & Release Support
Unit test and UAT support for new and enhanced reports
Regression testing during upgrades or metadata changes
Support production deployments and close calendars

Required Skills & Qualifications
OneStream Reporting Skills
3–6+ years of hands on OneStream XF reporting experience
