Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and motivated professionals to strengthen our E-commerce and Modern Format Business verticals. The role involves driving strategic growth initiatives, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build a strong market presence in the digital and modern trade domains.

Key Responsibilities

• E-commerce Management:
  • Develop and execute strategies for online sales growth across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, and more.
  • Managed product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and competitor trends to drive actionable insights.
• Modern Format Business:
  • Build and maintain relationships with modern retail chains and key accounts (e.g., Big Bazaar, Reliance Retail, DMart, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions and brand activations.
  • Negotiate terms of trade and manage contracts with key retail partners.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for sales performance, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Analyze sales trends and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market research and customer insights.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Business Management from a premium business school.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in E-commerce, modern trade, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and modern retail formats.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analytics tools.
