Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager
Role Overview
The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, cybersecurity, compliance and performance of systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of IT infrastructure (Servers, firewall, network, storage, cloud environments, connectivity (ILL, Broadband, etc.,)
• Responsible for all IT Assets and their compliance
• Responsible for managing and administrating Active Directory, File server access and File Storage (NetApp, DELL etc.,)
• To Enforce and Ensure IT Security (Endpoints, Servers & Network etc.,)
• Responsible for monitoring Firewall, SDWAN, VPN, TUNNEL, IP Traffic, FTP.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure solutions.
• Manage data centers, virtualization platforms, and cloud services
• Lead infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Handle vendor management, procurement, payment process and budgeting.
• Responsible for handling Mobiles, SIM & Data Cards
• Responsible for Monthly / Fortnight reports on the infrastructure

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / B.E – IT / B. Tech,
• 8 – 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management / System Admin
• Strong knowledge of:
o Networking (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, Firewall, Wi-Fi)
o Windows/Linux server administration
o Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
o Collaboration & Cloud platforms (M365, AWS)
• Experience with monitoring tools and automation.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and frameworks.
• Excellent troubleshooting and leadership skills.
