Oracle OAF Course Content

Overview :

Oracle OAF (Oracle Application Framework) is the Oracle E-Business Suite development and deployment platform for HTML based business applications. It consists of a set of middle-tier runtime services and a design-time extension to Oracle JDeveloper called Oracle E-Business Suite Extension (OA Extension). It embraces the principles of developer and end user performance, productivity and flexibility through the use of open standards.

Training Objectives of OAF :

Oracle OAF MVC (Model, View and Controller) architecture maintains the industry standards. This will ensure that the core database is not exposed to the outer layer which is the Controller. One of the important significance of the OA framework model is that it facilitates the customization of existing out of box i modules as well as allows development of new Self Service Web Application modules. It consists of a number of components, some of them used for development, some other for deployment.
